Our 30-day warranty ensures that your purchase is protected against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and damages in transport. The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

What is Covered?

  • Discoloration caused during manufacture

  • Wear and tear due to improper use
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care

Sizing and Exchanges

Ordering jewelry in the incorrect size is not covered by the warranty. You will need to send it back to us for an exchange. To ensure the correct size, please refer to our Ring Sizing Guide and Bracelet Sizing Guide.

Damage, deformation, or discoloration caused by improper care is not covered by the warranty.
