Genuine Handcrafted Gold Signet Ring with a Viking Drakkar longboat engraved on the face of the ring and Urnes style engravings on each side. Urnes style art was the last phase of Viking art found on Scandinavian architecture and art carvings. This ring is smoothly polished on the inside for comfortable wear, and comes in a variety of sizes. Drakkars, also known as longboats, were Viking ships for sailing and quick maneuvering. Despite many instances of drakkars being used to travel across seas and oceans, their main use always remained being able to traverse rivers and shallow shore waters. That way Vikings could land and embark quickly, and could lose pursuit from a larger ship efficiently by running over shallow water.
