Both shipped copies experienced a similar unique break, specifically a snap in the tough and reinforced waxed cotton cord. This break on the second copy occurred in a location typically unused, serving as a failsafe catch knot, similar to an end knot on a hoodie cord. This type of break suggests non-intended use of the bracelet or undue stress.
Considering the nature of your claim and the observed damage, we've decided to permit a return for a refund on all products, including both copies of the damaged bracelet, in line with our previous communication.
